Weekly rate is based on 6 nights 7 days.
–   Example check in on Monday leave on Sunday morning, or check in on Friday leave on Thursday morning. 

* Prices do not include 13% h.s.t and 5% service charge on accommodations. Minimum 2 night stay unless otherwise stated.

Children aged 6 and under stay free when sharing existing bedding.

* An extra person charge applies for additional bedding. Please note: Our accommodations and rates are based on double occupancy.

A group rate is available upon request.

Policies & Procedures

  • Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
  • Check out time is 11:00 am.
  • The Red Umbrella Inn will not be held liable or responsible for loss of recreation opportunities due to weather, power failure, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • From May 1st to October 31st, all reservations have a two-night minimum.
  • From January 1st to March 31st, all reservations have a two-night minimum.
  • Our new Executive Cottage has a two-night minimum stay any time of year.
  • Weekly rate is based on 6 nights 7 days.
    –   Example check in on Monday leave on Saturday morning, or check in on Friday leave on Thursday morning. 

Pet Policies

There is a  surcharge of $48 plus tax per pet for having your pets (s) stay with us. This is a per-day surcharge.  Maximum 2 pets allowed per occupancy. The guest is responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Not all rooms/cabins are available for guests with pets. Your pet(s) must be crated when left in rooms unattended. Please note that Lakeview lodge room and lodge rooms do not allow pets.

Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac, cash or e-transfer as methods of payment.
  • The Red Umbrella Inn will not be held liable or responsible for the loss of recreation opportunities due to weather, power failure, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Deposits

 A $25 non-refundable deposit on all accommodations will be charged to your credit card, upon reservation confirmation.

 

 

Cancellation

  • Charges will be refunded or credited to a future stay if the request for cancellation is made more than 14 days in advance of the arrival date, less a $25 administration fee.
  • For cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival date, all charges for the full duration of your reserved stay will be charged to your account.
